Job Description

Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Collaborating with leadership to identify and address workforce needs and challenges.

Overseeing organization development initiatives.

Monitoring and evaluating HR initiatives to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company goals.

Leading workforce planning and organizational design to support long-term growth.

Managing employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management on HR metrics and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

At least 7 years of experience paired with a solid educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Proven expertise in strategic HR management, with previous consulting experience of hands‑on large‑scale OD projects within holding companies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data for decision‑making.

Experience in leading teams and managing cross‑departmental projects.
