Key Responsibilities Manage and convert meetings, events, and group enquiries channels Coordinate end-to-end event planning with guest and internal departments to ensure smooth execution Present and sell tailored event and banquet solutions based on client needs Conduct site inspections and build long-term client relationships Ensure accurate administration, contracts, and reporting across PMS and sales systems

Key Skills Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Sales-driven, proactive, and highly detail-focused Confident managing multiple enquiries, timelines, and priorities Comfortable working with PMS, sales tools, and Ms. Office Collaborative, service-minded, and solutions-oriented
