Lead and oversee all clinical operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery.

Supervise medical and non‑medical staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, and compliance with standards.

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and accreditation requirements.

Manage clinic budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and monitoring of medical equipment and facility readiness.

Handle patient escalations, ensure excellent patient experience, and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
