About the role This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic planning, sales development, and market expansion. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that covers sales strategies, revenue growth, and expense management.

Set individual sales targets and support the sales team to achieve them.

Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and market presence.

Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Grow the value of existing clients while attracting new customers.

Explore and develop new markets to drive sales expansion.

Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

Set and track development goals for the business growth team, ensuring targets are met.

Understand customer needs and how our products and services can meet those needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances or household products.

Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales and customer service excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed with a professional attitude and positive work ethic.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with retail reporting is an advantage.

Experience collaborating with distributors would be an added advantage.

Good command of English, both spoken and written, is required.
