Quality Assurance Lead

Lead QA Automation Engineer We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to drive quality across the development lifecycle through a strong combination of automation, manual testing, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities Lead and maintain automated test frameworks using .NET Define test strategy and ensure balanced manual and automated coverage Execute and oversee manual testing (exploratory, regression, acceptance) Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality from design to release Review test code, track defects, and drive continuous improvement Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices

Requirements 5+ years of experience in QA with strong .NET automation expertise Hands-on experience with manual testing and test case design Experience with tools such as Selenium, NUnit, SpecFlow, Playwright, and Postman Strong skills in C#, .NET, and SQL Experience working in Agile environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure or AWS Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) Prior experience in a QA lead or senior role
