Wine Adore is looking for a

skilled Sommelier

to act as key role in team development, wine education, and operational consultant. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wine education and eager to elevate both team capabilities and customer experience strategically.

Key Responsibilities

Wine training for internal team (Conduct short, effective on-site training sessions and wine demonstrations) Assisting with Wine Tasting Event, Wine Handling (on-site or remote coordination), Wine Portfolio, & Catalogue curation (include profiles, tasting notes, and food pairing best practices) Supporting wine education programs & content development Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure product understanding aligns with company goals Office admin tasks related to wine operations

Requirements

Based in Bali, Indonesia 1-3 years of experience in the Wine Industry Fluent in English (spoken and written) Preferably WSET certified Strong Wine knowledge and confident presentation skills Experience in training or customer-facing roles in Wine Service Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with top management
