Job Description

Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Agent - Airline Customer Support

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Singha Complex) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:00 AM (Japan Time) Rotational shift schedule, Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week.(the working hours is subject to change depending on operations and business)

What you’ll do: ✔ Assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and travel inquiries ✔ Handle international paid, award, and upgrade tickets ✔ Support changes, cancellations, and refunds ✔ Provide guidance on baggage, meals, flight status, and online services

What we’re looking for: ✅

Native-level Japanese

proficiency ✅

English C1 Level ✅ Customer service experience (airline/travel industry is a plus) ✅ Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays ✅ Familiarity with CRM or airline reservation systems (Amadeus is an advantage)
