Your Responsibilities:
Own and improve
the end-to-end recruitment process
specifically
for B2B Sales and revenue-related roles
with a strong focus on quality of hire
Partner with leadership to define sales competency profiles (hunter vs consultative selling) and success indicators for the first 3–6 months
Design and conduct
structured, behavioral-based interviews
tailored for Sales B2B roles
Actively
source Sales B2B candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted channels
(not relying only on inbound applicants)
Assess candidates beyond CVs by
evaluating behavioral patterns, learning agility, resilience, and consultative selling capability
Maintain a high hiring standard, even when roles are urgent
Qualifications:
Minimum
3–4 years
of hands-on experience
recruiting B2B Sales roles
Proven experience
hiring Sales with revenue targets, mid-to-long sales cycles, and complex or solution-based products
Familiar with
behavioral interviewing and competency-based selection
Strong judgment in evaluating people, not just credentials
