Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kecamatan Ngawi for a Mandarin Translator. The primary responsibilities include translating written and verbal materials between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, facilitating effective communication between teams, and providing linguistic and cultural support during meetings, presentations, and interactions. The translator will also assist in preparing bilingual documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency in translation, and supporting expatriates with language-related needs.

Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages Proficiency in translation techniques, such as document translation, simultaneous interpretation, and cultural context application Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act as a bridge for cross-cultural communication Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing capabilities to ensure accuracy in translations Previous experience in translation or interpretation roles preferred Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing terminology, particularly in the toy or OEM industry, is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to on-site job requirements
