Job Description

Job description: Conduct end-to-end reviews of existing operational processes in coordination with relevant teams Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process, SOPs, workflows, and control points. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to support decision-making and improvement recommendations Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis related to operational efficiency and error rates

Job requirement: Minimum bachelor's degree from any major or 0-1 year experience from related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data-driven insights. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Macro or Python tools is an advantage. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks
