Lead the foundation to achieve its vision, mission, and long-term educational goals. Oversee school operations, ensuring high-quality academic and administrative performance. Develop and implement strategic policies, including quality improvement and curriculum relevance to industry needs. Manage budgets, finances, and assets responsibly to ensure sustainability. Build strong collaborations with government agencies, industry partners, and the wider community. Promote a professional, transparent, and collaborative work culture. Represent the foundation in public forums, partnerships, and official meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Management, or Law is preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of leadership experience in education management or school administration. Proven experience in leading or managing an educational institution or foundation. Good understanding of education regulations and institutional governance.
