Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in recording and applying incoming client payments into the system.
Match payments with outstanding invoices to ensure accurate allocation.
Assist in preparing and posting journal entries with complete supporting documents.
Maintain and organize finance documents (invoices, tax invoices, and supporting files) in both physical and digital formats.
Support Finance & Accounting with various ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
University graduate or final-year student majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits for journal entries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic tasks.
High attention to accuracy, detail, and compliance.
Willing to fully work from office (WFO) from Kuningan, South Jakarta.
Available for a 3 months internship period.
