Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Live Streaming, located in Central Jakarta. The Supervisor Live Streaming will oversee live streaming operations, manage workflow and schedules, ensure high-quality content delivery & sales performance. This role involves coordinating with the live streaming team, maintaining equipment readiness, monitoring performances, resolving technical issues promptly, and optimizing engagement during live broadcasts. The supervisor will also analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and technologies, including familiarity with live video production tools Experience in team management and coordinating schedules, along with leadership and organizational skills Skills in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless broadcast operations Analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and maintain high-quality standards Relevant experience in media, production, or live streaming is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or related fields is an advantage
