Customer Service (Freight Forwarding)

Build a good relation and communication with customers

Monitoring all export import activities by sea or air and update report

Coordinate with vendor trucking

Report to Manager and responsible for shipping and forwarding issues

Deliver fast and excellent solution to customers

Fast respon to customers

Establish and maintain relationship with customers

Good decision making and problem solve skill

Requirements: Having at least 1 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistic/ EXIM

Familiar with transportation and forwarding services

Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Having strong and well develop communication and interpersonal skill.

Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking.

Pleasant personality, tight in follow up and detail oriented.

Has ability multitasking person
