Key Responsibilities:

Technical Implementation : implementation, configuration, and deployment of the ServiceNow DPR module, ensuring alignment with enterprise release management processes and ITIL standards.

Workflow Development : Design, configure, and customize DPR workflows, release templates, and release policies. This includes creating dynamic approval definitions and task flows to automate release readiness checks.

Hardware asset lifecycle management :

Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Track and manage physical IT assets such as laptops, servers, network equipment, and peripherals within the ServiceNow HAM module.

Define and improve asset tracking, inventory, and verification processes.

Integrate HAM with other IT processes, such as procurement, finance, and logistics.

Software asset lifecycle management :

Manage the full software asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Track and manage physical software licences across the enterprise.

Define and improve asset tracking, inventory, and verification processes.

Integrate SAM with other IT processes, such as procurement, finance, and logistics.
