Job Summary:
To manage allocation execution & activities whilst ensuring all the merchandises are effectively allocated by achieving 100% accomplishment of shipment documents for merchandise allocation from DC to store in timely manner and monitor the sufficiency of merchandise stocks according to their sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support the team in executing allocation planning using SAP for both domestic and international markets.
Ensure daily replenishment processes are running smoothly and orders are correctly placed to distribution centers (DC) for both domestic and international markets.
Create manual allocation of DC stocks with significant discounts to stores, aligning with markdown schedules.
Monitor open orders that have aged more than 30 days to ensure timely processing.
Ensure distribution centers are performing appropriate actions to maintain inventory cleanliness and efficiency.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education – Bachelor Degree from Economic/Management major. Experience – SCM, Logistic, and Retail with minimum 5 years experience
