Director of Sales & Marketing

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING — KCLUB UBUD Location: Ubud, Bali

KClub Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to lead all sales and marketing initiatives at KClub Ubud, our award-winning luxury resort nestled in the heart of Bali’s jungle.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and market presence while working closely with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility. Oversee all sales channels including direct sales, OTA partnerships, corporate accounts, travel agents, and strategic collaborations. Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance targets. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and operational teams to align commercial strategies with guest experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning. Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing communications and campaigns.

Requirements: Both native spoken/written Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English communication Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within a hotel or resort environment. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic planning. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
