Requirements
Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar role min. 4 years.
Has experienced in manage Recruitment team.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, professional networks, and hiring platforms.
Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Excellent in English verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, interviewing, assessment, and selection methods.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
Job Description
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet workforce needs across all departments.
Supervise and mentor recruitment team members to ensure efficient and high‑quality hiring.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
Implement best practices for candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
Manage recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline quality).
Lead training needs analysis across departments in collaboration with department heads.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methodologies.
Coordinate with external trainer, vendors, and e‑learning partners as needed.
Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to hiring activities.
