After Sales Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities 1. Actively participate in various training programs organized by the company to enhance after-sales service capabilities and service quality. 2. Provide timely and effective after-sales service support to customers in accordance with company norms and requirements. 3. Be responsible for handling online and on-site machine quality issues for customers in the market covered by the subsidiary. 4. Be responsible for applying for warranty spare parts of the equipment for the market covered by the subsidiary. 5. Be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment in the market covered by the subsidiary. 6. Be responsible for providing training to customers on operation and use, maintenance, and simple problem-solving. 7. Strictly abide by and implement all safety precautions required by the company and on-site customers to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the service process. 8. Cooperate with the company's service work arrangements and be obligated to travel to other business regions/countries to provide after-sales service support. 9. Have the responsibility to propose suggestions for machine quality improvement during the after-sales service process. 10. Be responsible for assisting colleagues in the subsidiary to complete the on-site inventory of the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse. 11. Have the responsibility to propose spare parts suggestions for the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse during the after-sales service process. 12. Assist in completing other service work arranged by the headquarters' service department. 13. Be responsible for the equipment inspection work in the market covered by the subsidiary.

Job Qualifications 1. Associate degree or bachelor's degree，major in mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, automation or plastic materials, or equivalent. 2. Other educational qualifications, but with at least 5 years of experience in after-sales service or maintenance of die-casting machines. 3. Proficient in the maintenance of die-casting machines and auxiliary equipment, capable of reading electrical schematic diagrams, hydraulic schematic diagrams, and mechanical assembly/component drawings. 4. Expert in the operation and maintenance of die-casting machines and auxiliary equipment,familiar with die-casting process knowledge. 5. Must be proficient in Indonesian, and also be able to speak either English or Chinese,skilled in using Excel, PPT, and Word. 6. Be responsible for the equipment inspection work in the market covered by the subsidiary. 7. Strong hands-on ability,good communication and expression skills,possess a certain ability to withstand pressure. 8. Capable of handling on-site repair and maintenance tasks, with the ability to handle work independently. 9. Possessing strong safety awareness, protecting oneself and others. 10. Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to collaborate with customers, company employees and suppliers. 11. Proficient in driving a car,having a Carpenter's License， an electrician certificate or similar credentials to meet the requirements of local countries for after-sales service work. 12.Willing to travel worldwide.
