Finance And Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Individual Contributor) with strong experience in the automotive industry, preferably manufacturing/assembly. This role focuses on hands‑on finance & accounting execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong control over manufacturing‑related financial processes.

Responsibilities

Handle day‑to‑day finance & accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory & costing).

Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Monitor production cost, inventory valuation, and manufacturing‑related transactions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.

Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Min. 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

Strong experience in automotive industry, especially manufacturing/assembly.

Solid understanding of costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
