Account Executive (Interior Projects)

Overview

Bachelor’s degree in

Architecture or Interior Design . Proficient in

Bahasa Indonesia and English

(verbal and written);

Korean is a plus . Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in retail or commercial interior design projects. Experience handling

local and multinational clients . Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, MS Office, and presentation tools . Strong

communication, negotiation, and client management skills . Detail-oriented, adaptable, fast learner, and willing to take on challenges. Location: South Jakarta, Jakarta, ID Responsibilities

Assist and report to the Manager in preparing

design concepts, detailed drawings, and client presentations . Prepare

design proposals, working drawings, BoQ, and as-built drawings

for interior projects. Maintain relationships with

existing clients

and support

business development activities , including identifying potential clients and following up on project opportunities. Assist in

project pitching, proposal preparation, and presentations

to prospective clients. Coordinate with

clients, vendors, and internal teams

to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare

tender documents , coordinate with vendors, and manage

quotations and negotiations

to achieve cost-effective solutions. Monitor

project progress, documentation, contracts (SPK), and reports

for internal and client purposes. Track

project costs

and coordinate with

Finance

for invoice issuance and payment follow-ups. Support

marketing or business development initiatives , including client meetings, networking, and project promotion when required. Handle additional

project and operational tasks

assigned by the Manager. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
