Description As a Community Leader, you will build and grow a topic-based community around your expertise (for example: business, tech, marketing, finance, HR, health, psychology, culture, career, or other professional fields). You will host discussion-based events and guide members to learn and communicate confidently in English through real topics.

Responsibilities Host topic-based discussion events related to your expertise Build and grow an active community around your field Create engaging, practical discussion formats (case sharing, open talks, Q&A, experience sharing) Encourage members to speak, share opinions, and interact consistently Guide trial members and support their learning journey Collaborate with the Fondi team to improve community growth and engagement
