Responsibilities Accounting

- execute monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes for management and tax purposes Financial Transactions Management

– Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Invoicing, Accounts Payable & Receivable

– Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections, ensuring timely payments and collections Bank Reconciliation

– Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. Cash Flow Management

– Monitor and maintain company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Expense Control & Budgeting

– Assist in budgeting and expense tracking to ensure efficient financial management. Policy, SOP, Tax & Compliance

– Develop policies and SOPs for financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. Tax

- assess tax requirements on a monthly and annual basis and set up payments

Work Arrangement Work from office minimally once (1x) a week, up to thrice (3x) a week, subject to change. This role currently reports to the CEO, and is expected to report to the future Head of Finance in the coming years.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting At least 4 years experience in financial operations / accounting Experience working with accounting and technology systems for financial operations
