Accounting Lead - (US)

We are hiring experienced US Accounting Managers who are ready to operate as trusted finance partners to US CFOs and Controllers — owning close cycles, financial reporting, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity You will serve as a direct extension of a US finance team, leading month-end close and overseeing reporting accuracy for high-growth and mid-market US companies. What You Will Own Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely Supervise and guide accounting team members Interface directly with US Controllers and CFOs Strengthen reporting frameworks and internal controls Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For 6–8+ years of US GAAP accounting experience Demonstrated leadership of close cycles Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams Strong financial reporting and GL expertise Experience working directly with US stakeholders ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred) Strong professional English communication
