Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant (contract based) As a Sales Assistant with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavour industry, you will perform administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient operations of the office/business unit and support personnel in their duties, following company policies and local requirements.

Responsibilities

Respond to routine inquiries from internal sales team or customers.

Provide documents for customers.

Manage sample requests for customers.

Arrange material promotions (e.g., gimmicks) for customers.

Assist the Commercial head with ad‑hoc requests.

Schedule meetings, ensuring venues and equipment, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.

File and retrieve documents and reference materials, conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

Foster positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Revise and suggest improvements to processes and record‑keeping systems.

Qualifications

Diploma degree from any major.

1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.

Fluent in English.

High level of autonomy, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.

Ability to connect and engage with people effectively.

Ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Comfortable working with digital tools, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
