About the role PT Metrowinata is looking for a results-driven

Sales Engineer

to expand our industrial business segment. In this full-time role, you will focus on developing and managing accounts within our industrial customers.

You will combine technical expertise with commercial execution: identifying client problems, proposing practical engineering solutions, and converting opportunities into revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who understands industrial systems and enjoys turning technical discussions into business results.

What you'll be doing

Conduct client visits and engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions

Demonstrate product features and capabilities to potential customers

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals

Provide post-sale support and act as a trusted advisor to clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help achieve ambitious targets

What we're looking for

Candidate with engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)

Proven track record of success in a sales engineering or technical sales role

Strong understanding of the

sales

engineering

domains, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and commercial requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Problem‑solving mindset and the drive to deliver innovative solutions
