Job Description
SOS Children's Villages Indonesia is a non-governmental, non-profit social organization founded in Austria in 1949 and operating in Indonesia since 1972, with a mission to ensure that children who have lost parental care receive a loving family and home. The organization has eight villages in various cities across Indonesia and runs two main programmes: Village (childcare in foster families with foster mothers) and family strengthening for vulnerable families.

Mission of position
Guiding the personal development of the young adults
Creating opportunities for contact with the young adult’s family of origin, SOS family and community
Supporting the educational and career development of the young adults
Supporting the SOS mothers and villages’ life
Fulfilling administrative and managing duties
Protect children from all forms of mistreatment based on the best interests of the child, in accordance with duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - have a social worker certificate
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Have a relationship with government/private institutions
Full-Time - Long term commitment

Willing to travel as and when required

To support children, young person and families in need through the establishment of home, social centers, and vocational training centers.
To advocate and promote the rights of children around the world.
To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide understanding and exchange knowledge on child care issues.
To serve as a model of long-term family based care.
