About the Role We are seeking a Business Process Manager for the Operation area. The role will focus on business process analysis in the production area and will be based in our plant.

Your Ideal Profile: Extensive 10 years of work experiences with extensive years in production and production management in pulp-based or wet chemical continuous production.

Experience with Process Management, e.g. Operation Normal, Improvement Process, Predictive Maintenance, Operator Training, Vertical Integration, Data Analysis (PLS regression, Multivariate analysis, AI), Data Visualization (Trendminer, JMP, Power BI), Enhanced Manufacturing Execution Systems, Enterprise Data Lake, Realtime Optimization.

Experience in Process and Data Integration into Site IT-Infrastructure is an advantage.

Experience in Project Management.

Purpose of the job: Responsible for preparing roadmap and supporting execution of the business process management topics the site in cooperation with production, plant improvement related Global functions and consultants.

Process responsibility: Subject Expert Matter for the Business Process Assessment.

Working with Business Process Consultant and related Global Functions.

Responsible for preparing the Business Process Roadmap.

Supporting operations departments to implement the Business Process Roadmap.
