Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional

Secretary Staff

to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management. Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents. Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Support day-to-day office operations as required.

Qualifications a minimum Bachelor Degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or a related field. At least

2 years of experience

as a Secretary or Executive Secretary. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style. High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Placement : BSD, Tangerang.
