Job Description
The Front Office Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that all operations in the Front Office Department run smoothly to maximise work performance, thereby increasing guest satisfaction with the services provided.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the work schedule of the FO team by ensuring employee availability in each shift.
Greet guests who come to Tribal with gestures according to company SOP.
Assist in the guest check-in and check-out process.
Ensuring maximum service from the entire team by conducting regular training for the entire work team.
Assist guests by providing information based on guest needs.
Make a reservation process, either through OTA and/or direct booking.
Handle complaints given by guests.
Conduct regular checks on hostel occupancy and prepare daily reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, related to check in/check out, events or information and other activities inside and/or outside the hostels.
