Job Description As a Senior Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identifying new business opportunities within the food manufacturing companies. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and demand. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Representing the company at industry events and trade shows. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Sales Executive should have: Graduated with Bachelor's degree (BA) from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years in Sales/Marketing within Food Ingredients. Background in trading or distribution is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills (written and oral). Familiarity with raw ingredients and food additives (Bahan Tambahan Pangan). Solid network with Indonesian and multinational food manufacturers. Knowledge of Indonesian food regulations (Import, Distribution, Halal). Proficiency in price calculation and marketing strategies. Possess a valid driver's license. Team-oriented mindset.
