Kirana Labs is looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Account Manager to lead our expansion in the Bali and Lombok regions. Your primary mission is simple but challenging:

find and sign new clients.

You won’t just be managing existing accounts; you will be the "face" of Kirana Labs, identifying high-potential businesses (from luxury hospitality to tech startups) and showing them how our digital marketing strategies will scale their revenue. Key Responsibilities

Active Prospecting:

Identify and reach out to potential clients in Bali, Lombok, and beyond through networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Strategic Consultation:

Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to analyze a prospect's current digital footprint and pitch custom solutions (SEO, PPC, Social, Web Dev). Deal Closing:

Navigate the sales process from initial "Hello" to signed contract and initial onboarding. Market Insight:

Stay updated on the unique tourism and business trends in West Nusa Tenggara and Bali to offer relevant, data-driven advice. Required Skills

2+ years of experience in sales or business development (Agency experience is a huge plus). Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape (you need to speak "marketing" fluently to sell it). A self-starter who doesn't need a manager to tell them to pick up the phone. We believe in rewarding the people who drive our growth. Our compensation package is designed to be highly competitive for the region. Base Salary:

Rp 7,000,000 – Rp 12,000,000 per month (Depending on experience). Uncapped Commission:

Earn 5% – 10% commission on the total contract value of every new client you bring in. Annual Bonus (THR):

A mandatory 13th-month salary paid before the major religious holiday. Remote Work Perk:

Monthly allowance for a coworking space membership (e.g., Tropical Nomad, BWork, or similar). Travel Allowance:
