Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing regional sales initiatives and supporting assigned centers to achieve new student acquisition and retention targets. The role focuses on consistent implementation of sales strategies, improving sales execution quality at the center level, and supporting Center Directors and sales teams to deliver agreed performance outcomes.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute national and regional sales initiatives, campaigns, and programs across assigned centers to support new student acquisition and retention targets.

Translate approved sales strategies into effective center-level execution, providing clear guidance on sales processes, campaign rollout, and daily sales discipline.

Partner closely with Center Directors to identify performance gaps and implement agreed action plans to improve sales results.

Provide hands‑on support to centers to achieve sales targets, including support for new center openings and ramp‑up periods.

Support the execution of acquisition and retention campaigns in line with approved pricing, promotions, and national guidelines.

Collaborate with Regional Marketing Support and other cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities.

Deliver coaching, training, and consultation to Center Directors, Course Consultants, and sales teams to strengthen sales capability and execution quality.

Monitor center‑level sales performance and conversion funnel metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Escalate complex or high‑risk performance issues to the Regional Director with supporting data and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

5–7 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in a regional or multi‑location environment.

Proven experience in executing sales initiatives and achieving performance targets.

Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into practical actions.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with structured guidance.
