Job Description

Acquire new Japanese clients in Indonesia through canvassing, outreach, and networking. Identify client needs and match them with company's services.

Prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, and support pitchingโ€”primarily in Japanese.

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and KPI delivery.

Secure sponsorships for company's events and partnership programs.

Maintain sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficient in Japanese.

Bachelorโ€™s degree in any field.

Minimum 1โ€“3 years experience in business development or sales (client acquisition).

Experience working with Japanese companies or Japan-related roles is preferred.

Have existing network within Japanese business communities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of client needs and marketing/media solutions.

Able to communicate in English (written & verbal).
