Senior Analyst, People Development (Third Party Contractor)
Role Purpose:
The Senior Analyst, People Development is responsible for identifying capability needs, designing and coordinating development initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of training and competency frameworks. The role supports talent development, succession planning, and ensures all learning activities comply with industry and safety standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assess organizational capability needs and provide recommendations for development priorities.
Plan, coordinate, and administer training programs across technical, leadership, and functional areas.
Maintain and update technical and leadership competency frameworks.
Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning and development programs for high-potential employees.
Track employee certifications, mandatory trainings, and compliance requirements.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness, including post-training assessments, feedback, and impact analysis.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
Ensure that all development initiatives align with industry regulations, internal standards, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external training partners, and subject matter experts to deliver relevant development solutions.
Manage and maintain content and activities on LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Support continuous improvement of learning processes, systems, and tools.
Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:
Minimum bachelors degree in psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any relevant major.
3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or People Development roles.
Solid knowledge of learning design principles, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies.
General understanding of oil & gas operations, regulatory standards, and safety requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent program coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
