User Interface Designer

Job purpose As an UI/X Designer you will ensure that our digital banking products and features are not only easy to use and address customer needs, but also align to business strategy and objectives.

You will create digital journeys for a range of platforms, running the design process from discovery through to delivery, advocating strong customer centric process, business vision and user experience.

Responsibilities - Work independently to complete projects at the level of whole features within a well scoped domain - Responsible for design deliverables which includes: 1. Data Analysis 2. Design rationale (competitor benchmarking, UIUX analysist, and synthesise UIUX findings) 3. Design artifacts development include: personas, user journey mapping, wireframe, hi fidelity design, userflow, and design prototyping - Able to support crafting research plan and conduct research activities. - Owning the projects objectives by monitor and evaluate design project key objective metrics - Ensure designs meet accessibility, privacy, and regulatory standards - Design product delivery support, overseeing the implementation process (launching) of digital wealth products and actively involve in its continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Competencies Required - Have 2+ years of experience working for UIUX/product designer, preferably in financial industry - Deep understanding of UX design principles. - Organized, detail and tidy work, allowing other member of the team to collaborate seamlessly. - Proficient in using and collaborate using Design System framework. - Have a portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities (required).
