Finance Manager

WE ARE HIRING Finance Manager PT Karian Water Services (KWS) PT Karian Water Services (KWS) is a joint venture between Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) and PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, developing the Karian–Serpong Regional Water Supply System (WSS) PPP Project to provide bulk water to DKI Jakarta, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang City as part of the National Strategic Project (PSN). We are looking for a highly qualified professional to join our team as: Finance Manager (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

Develop financial strategies aligned with company objectives

Prepare financing models compliant with GCA (PJPK) and lender requirements

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Oversee working capital management

Ensure tax compliance

Coordinate with lenders and financial advisors

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA (Finance concentration)

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting

1–2 years in managerial/supervisory role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles & tax regulations

Proven experience in financial modelling with MDB lenders in PPP projects

Advanced Excel skills (including VBA – intermediate level)

Fluent in English (spoken & written)
