APPLICATION ENGINEER STAFF (PE)

Present Product Presentation Slides (PPS) based on PCC and customer applications, highlighting features and benefits. Perform technical selling, develop custom data sheets during FEED stage and assist in pre-qualification with GA & Principal. Coordinate with Principal and SM for Sales Calls to Customer (SCC), attend meetings with customers and prepare related MOM. Review Bid Review Form (BRF), prepare Technical & Commercial Clarification (TCC), handle enquiries and PSL with Principal. Prepare costing, freight calculations and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for SM. Draft test procedures and reports for witness tests, attend technical meetings and providing MOMs. Process Sales Orders (SO) with OE/GA/FA/QHSE/SM and check Vendor Documents before final submission. Monitor and update SQE report weekly, confirm enquiry progress; prepare Principal Qualification Performance annually. Maintain internal Price List Database (PLD) and send monthly Quotation Report (QRP) to supportive Principals. Create and manage Brand Contact List per PCC, support Service Engineers on product quality issues. Prepare NCRs, coordinate with Service Engineers and Principals, submit annual PSP reports to Superior, FHR and Management. Implement QHSE system, identifying impacts and hazards in each work section. Qualifications

Preferable have experience in the valve business for min 2 years. English Proficiency is must. Industry Product Knowledge, Excellent interpersonal, Customer Interaction, communication skill both verbal and written. Can read Technical Drawing and P & ID, Can use Technical Drawing Software, min. AutoCAD 2D. Proactive, initiative, creative, problem solver, fast learning & can work with less supervision and under pressure condition. Quality Assurance, Adaptability, Documentation, Well organized and good planner. Attention to Detail, Good analytical skill and logical thinking.
