Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Source and compare suppliers for goods and services
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions
Create and manage purchase orders (PO)
Keep records of quotes, contracts, invoices, and supplier information
Work closely with internal teams
Make sure all purchases follow company policies and standards
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship or organizational experience in purchasing/procurement is a plus)
Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with numbers and comparing supplier quotations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with procurement systems/tools is an advantage
Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
