About the Role
We're seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive our branding business across Indonesia. This is a strategic revenue-generation role focused on building and deepening relationships with tier-1 agencies and major advertisers, while expanding our programmatic branding footprint in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic digital markets.
The ideal candidate brings established agency relationships, deep adtech expertise, and a proven track record of consultative selling in the digital branding space. You'll join a high-performing team and work alongside experienced regional leadership to scale our Indonesia operations.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Business Development
Own and grow branding revenue across Indonesia through strategic agency partnerships and direct advertiser relationships.
Leverage existing relationships within GroupM, WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, and other leading agency networks to generate new business.
Lead full sales cycles from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
Develop customized branding solutions across Display, Video, Programmatic, CTV, and integrated digital campaigns.
Strategic Partnerships
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at agencies and major advertisers.
Position the company as a strategic programmatic partner, not just a vendor.
Represent the company at industry events, agency forums, and client engagements.
Operational Excellence
Maintain disciplined revenue planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Collaborate closely with ad operations, product, and account management teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and market strategy.
What You Bring
Experience & Network
5–8+ years in digital advertising sales, with a focus on branding and programmatic solutions
Strong, established relationships within Indonesia's agency ecosystem (GroupM/WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG networks)
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in branding sales
Technical & Strategic Acumen
Deep understanding of the digital branding ecosystem including programmatic buying, display, video, CTV, and integrated media solutions
Ability to translate client business objectives into effective media strategies and campaign solutions
Familiarity with DSPs, DMPs, ad serving technologies, and the broader adtech stack
Skills & Attributes
Consultative selling approach with strong strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hunter mindset with entrepreneurial drive and resilience
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment
Team player who thrives in collaborative settings while taking ownership of individual targets
Education
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualification preferred)
