About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by connecting our AI solutions with businesses across Indonesia. You'll target companies with customer engagement operations—banks, insurance, telecom, healthcare, BPOs, e-commerce, and more—helping them unlock AI-powered performance gains. You'll be at the forefront of Indonesia's AI transformation while building strategic partnerships that drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage clients that can benefit from AI-powered performance enhancement Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to business owners and operations managers Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across multiple industries Negotiate partnership agreements and service contracts with clear ROI Collaborate with founding team on go-to-market strategy and product positioning

Requirements Must-Have: Bachelor's degree from a reputable or well-known university 3+ years B2B sales experience with technology solutions or business services Proven track record closing deals with enterprise and scale-up startups in Indonesia Strong network across Jakarta business community Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English Hunter mentality—comfortable with lead generation and cold outreach Ability to explain complex technology in simple business terms

Nice to Have: Experience selling SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation solutions Existing relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries Understanding of call center operations or customer service workflows Partnership development and channel sales experience
