Founded in 1955, DORCO is a South Korean Razor manufacturing company that is leading the world of shaving today. Dorco is a world leader in the development and sales of high performing razors and blades. Our products are currently sold in 130 countries globally and can be found in branded and private label with many of the top retailers in the U.S. and European countries. We operate with over 4,100 employees, 8 overseas manufacturing plants, 2 R&D centers, and several sales offices and Sales Managers around the world. Now, we hardly entered Indonesian market yet. We are just about to penetrate newly in earnest. We are now looking for a talented person of sales to develop and implement a sales/business strategy to make a strong impact on the Indonesian market. Reporting to DORCO HQ in South Korea, we need a high performer who can analyze all reported data and identify development to recognize a business opportunity for the company in the Indonesian market.
Term of Contract
Annual consulting service contract (Yearly bases)
Working Location
Cikarang (based in South Jakarta during the first year)
Salary
Negotiable, will be determined according to experience and skills.
BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan, Lunch allowance provided.
About the Role
The Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager will play a key role in the accounting and financial reporting functions at PT Dorco Group Indonesia. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall financial operations of the office. This is a fullโtime position based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
Tax Responsibilities
Withholding, filing, and payment of employee income tax (PPh 21)
Withholding tax on service fees, consulting, rental, and payments to domestic or foreign vendors (PPh 23 / 26)
Final tax on building rental and specific construction services (PPh 4(2))
Output/Input VAT management, eโFaktur issuance, and monthly VAT (SPT Masa) filing (PPN)
Monthly corporate income tax installment (PPh 25)
Import tax on raw materials and manufacturingโrelated goods (PPh 22)
Employee YearโEnd Adjustment for PPh 21
Tax audit support, including data submission and explanation to tax authorities
Accounting Responsibilities
Monthly financial statements
Support overall financial operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Over 3 years of professional experience in the field of Financial/TAX Accounting
Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
Strong analytical and problemโsolving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
Working knowledge of Indonesian accounting regulations and tax compliance requirements
