Job Scope Lead the review and final approval of initial and execution budgets; ensure alignment and consensus among all stakeholders prior to TCC reporting. Provide high-level oversight of daily cost control matters; proactively identify and resolve cost anomalies or overruns before escalating to the Project Manager (PM). Establish robust cost forecasting methodologies and provide data-driven projections in collaboration with the PM. Drive the project’s invoicing strategy and monitor payment status to ensure healthy cash flow and financial stability. Lead negotiations for claims and Variation Orders (VO); represent the company’s interests in high-level commercial meetings with clients. Oversee the accuracy of the Variation Order Register and ensure all supporting documentation for invoicing is strictly maintained. Audit the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and manage the final settlement of Material Take-Offs (MTO) with the client. Verify subcontractor MTOs and oversee the material reconciliation process to minimize wastage and optimize resources.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas/EPC industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial capacity Deep understanding of cost control, project scheduling, and contract management. Proven negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
