Through our insights, coming from various local and global experiences, and industry-specific skill sets, we assist companies with market expansion and creation of competitive advantages, as well as profitability improvement for their core business through targeted strategies towards operational efficiency, process improvements, and the optimization of our clients’ IT investments related to their industry. Responsibilities Establish a network of experts across the (local) industry. Research the latest market trends and movements. Propose and help develop industry-specific solutions relevant to market trends. Lead the Consulting Business in Manufacturing Industry, including project leadership, management, and sales activities, providing insights and advice. Project Management: Manage projects by leading general PM tasks such as project planning, progress management, issue resolution, etc. Contribute to Manufacturing Industry Consulting: Provide consulting services mainly focusing on IT-related projects and/or Business Process Improvement, including scope such as mobile apps, core mainframe systems, and data management (BI, dashboards, etc.). Qualifications Graduated from a reputable university with a relevant background. Over 5 years of experience in IT consulting related to manufacturing industries. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; Japanese language skills are a plus. Industry & Business Area: Knowledge and experience in Electronic Components, Consumer Products, and Plant Engineering. Business Experience: Experience in Supply Chain Management. Solution Experience: Implementation experience with ERP (SAP, Non-SAP), CRM, and WM. Seniority level
