About the Role : The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely financial services to appropriate Business Units for which the team is responsible.

Responsibilities : Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, CSR, Tax Package, CBCR and etc. Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit, Blackline Task Management and FMC requirements. Manage external audit, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties. Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams. Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams. Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Monthend Review, Blackline Accounts Reconciliation and etc. Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications : At least

3 years post-qualification experience Full sets and audits experience Experience in advertising or media industry will be advantageous Knowledge of accounting standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills : Experience in using accounting systems and reporting packages Experience in Hyperion and SAP reporting is preferred Strong working knowledge of Excel Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation Experience in

Month-End Closing/Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, IFRS, Compliance Reporting

are a must.

Preferred Skills : Ability to provide accurate and timely financial services functions. Ability to work independently and provide reporting within tight monthly deadlines. Ability to multi-task across competing demands of internal teams, Business Units and external parties. Require an emphatic and practical person who pays attention to details and yet can view the bigger picture.
