Strategic Marketing

professional to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time position based in North Bekasi, West Java, where you will play a crucial role in driving the school's brand and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and attract prospective students.

Overseeing the creation and distribution of impactful marketing content across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

Collaborating with the admissions team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

Analyzing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the school's marketing initiatives remain innovative and effective.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably within the education sector.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various stakeholders.

Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
