Security Officer

Responsibilities

Represent the Assistant Manager Security as the highest decision maker on the field to a certain extent

Monitor security vendor contract performance and adherence to SLA (service level agreements)

Participate in review meetings and ensure follow-up actions

Review and approve guard postings, replacements, and personnel changes

Operate Coupa and assist with other administration works

Ensure the security operations align with company policies and are implemented professionally

Monitor the use and condition of security parameters (CCTV, access control systems, etc.) and coordinate maintenance and repair of the systems

Assist in investigation and ensure incidents such as theft, trespassing, or emergencies are well documented

Provide data and insights from operations to support strategy development

Qualifications

Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Safety, or any related field

Security related certification is an advantage (Gada Madya / Gada Utama)

Minimum 4 years of experience in security/law enforcement related or supervisory work is preferable

Knowledge of physical security procedures and operational protocols

Basic risk assessment, incident investigation and reporting skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Ability to manage administration and documentation and compliance with audit standard

High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability

Must be physically fit and able to respond during emergencies

Flexible to work at night, weekends, or be on-call when necessary

Good supervision, coordination/collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written)

Decisive, takes initiative, and has good analytical and problem-solving skills
