Position: Treasury, Pension & Insurance Product Custodian Project start: ASAP Project duration: 12 Month Workload: 100% Location: (Remote - EU Passport + Tax ID necessary) Industry: IT Contract Type: Contracting

Tasks: Lead the treasury, pensions & insurance run & build IBM teams Act as the primary focal point for Treasury, Pensions & Insurance Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders Co create the product strategy and roadmap with client, architects, and senior leadership Shape a scalable, competitive TPI managed services offering Ensure service delivery performance, hitting all delivery KPIs and SLAs Drive consistent, predictable sustain (run) and product engineering (build) execution aligned with Client and IBM standards Ensure strong capacity planning, accountability, and continuous improvement Lead quarterly innovation workshops and champion AI, automation, and modernisation opportunities. Advance product evolution across payments, treasury, pensions, and insurance Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and deliver growth opportunities e.g. AI, product upgrades, new services, etc

Profile: 10-15+ years experience in Treasury or finance technology, ideally within a global enterprise Deep understanding of global treasury operations, payments & bank connectivity, and risk platforms Hands on experience with SAP TRM a must Understanding of pensions and insurance platforms desired but not required Strong client facing presence; trusted advisor to senior Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders Ability to shape and communicate a clear, compelling product strategy and transformation roadmap Proven capability to drive KPI and SLA performance, service stability, and disciplined DevOps execution Ability to lead blended teams (Run + Build) with clarity, accountability, and high performance Skilled in coordinating across architecture, integration, engineering, sustain, and programme teams Comfortable leading innovation workshops and defining AI, automation, and modernisation opportunities Able to simplify complexity, manage ambiguity, and make fast, sound decisions Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence and align at executive level Languages: Fluent in english
