Location Jakarta, Indonesia

Key responsibilities Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs that align with the brand, athletes, and campaign objectives. Conduct visual research and explore design trends to deliver innovative and fresh creative solutions. Design assets for both digital and print needs, including social media posts, banners, posters, merchandise, packaging, and other brand materials. Adapt design outputs for various platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and website formats. Maintain strong brand consistency across all visual materials and help develop scalable visual systems. Collaborate closely with copywriters, social media teams, marketing, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements. Present drafts, mockups, and visual ideas clearly and effectively. Adjust designs based on internal or client feedback while maintaining quality and timeliness. Organize design files systematically and prepare production-ready / publish-ready files according to technical standards. Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools, and evolving visual styles to enhance creative output and brand presence. Motion graphic creation is a plus and may be used for enhancing digital campaigns.

Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in motion graphic and design. Strong portfolio in sport, lifestyle, or commercial content. Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DaVinci, Final Cut, Lightroom, etc.). Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual composition. Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic environments. Detail-oriented with strong sense of visual aesthetics. Comfortable collaborating with creative directors and marketing teams. Experience covering sports events is a strong advantage.
