About Us Equinox Technology is an Indonesian hyper-growth company founded in 2019 and the only U.S.-based Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) startup in the furniture and home improvement category. We generate 8-figure USD annual revenue and scale aggressively across the U.S. and global markets.

We are looking 2-3 people for Marketing Manager who own and scale revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies across paid, organic, and retention channels for our US-based e-commerce business.

What You'll Do Own monthly revenue target and marketing P&L performance Scale paid ads (Meta & Google) to achieve target ROAS (min. 3x or company benchmark) Improve website Conversion Rate (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV) through CRO initiatives Optimize Shopify & WooCommerce performance (UX, speed, checkout, apps, tracking) Build and execute lifecycle marketing (email/SMS) to drive ≥20% revenue contribution Lead and evaluate marketing team (Social Media Content, Ads, Affiliate, CRM Marketing)

What You’ll Bring 3–5+ years experience managing e-commerce marketing with proven revenue results (portfolio required) Managed minimum USD 10,000/month ad budget with documented ROAS performance Hands-on expertise in Shopify & WooCommerce (setup, optimization, analytics) Able to independently set up and manage GA4, Meta Pixel & Google Tag Manager Advanced data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets dashboard, CAC, LTV, ROAS tracking) Tech Savvy: proficient in core marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, Hotjar)

Preferred (Good to Have) Experience in furniture or high AOV product (> $300) Experience scaling to $100K+ monthly revenue Strong understanding of US seasonal campaigns (Black Friday, Memorial Day, etc.) Experience with influencer/UGC marketing
